Due to its continuous improvements concerning endowment, the 3 stars floating hotel Lebada (The Swan), raises the interest of tourists from all over the world, irrespective of the season. 
Open to the tourists, who are also passengers, the Lebada (Swan) Complex disposes of facilities meant to meet every demand.
Accommodation at Lebada (The Swan)***
The link between the land and the pontoon of Lebada (The Swan) Hotel is permanently remade, according to the water's depth. The whole construction, including the accommodation capacity, has been adapted to be in harmony with this primary element of nature: Water. Therefore, the lodging will be intimate and safe, with several connections to the "outside" world, such as telephone and TV. Irrespective of the season, due to the heating system and the endowments (refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom), the rooms correspond to the European standards, as well as to the demands of the clients. 
Although the floating hotel Lebada (The Swan) has only 9 rooms with an astonishing view to the lake, 5 from which dispose of a terrace with tables and chairs, each and every room offers the guests the unique atmosphere of a maritime voyage, without creating any discomfort to the more sensitive ones, due to the reduced pitching.
Saloon and intermediary terrace
The restaurant-saloon of the Lebada (The Swan) hotel, as well as the intermediary terrace, will receive the hotel's guests (and not only) during the cool or rainy days. 
Closer to the sun
It may be true that our "sea" doesn't have a beach with sand, but the hotel's guests mustn't miss the opportunity to spend several hours of relaxation in an environment surrounded by nature and the gentle rays of the sun. 
Lebada (The Swan) floating terrace
"The pride" of the harbor and also the youngest descendent of the constructions built on water, is the Lebada (Swan) floating terrace. Pictures can't express the taste of coffee when the water fondles you and the sun smiles at your face. You have to come and see it with your own eyes. The terrace has a capacity of 300 seats. 
My friend, irrespective of the season, these terraces are yours. You can ask the hotel's staff to furnish them with tables, in order to be closer to the "beach" in summer and to be able to relish your mulled wine in winter. This hotel's personnel are at your disposal.
Honestly! Pescarus (The Sea-gull) Hotel*** The more "sensitive" clients can choose a "safer" room. This option has been available since the 2006 winter holidays. "The host" of the rooms on the land of the Lebada - Pescarus Naval Complex is the Pescarus (Sea-gull) Hotel. 
Accommodation at Pescarus (The Sea-gull)***
The rooms are disposed on 2 levels, which are "L" shaped (with their longer part looking out onto the lake and the forest). We hope that the interior of the rooms will have the same benefic effect on the guests as the astonishing view and the fresh mountain air do. 
Conference room
There is a room exclusively meant for conferences, which can house 60 persons and has the required technical endowments. Pescarus (The Sea-gull) Restaurant The Pescarus (Sea-gull) Restaurant has had a completely new interior and exterior since June 2006. The only one that has resisted (for the moment being) to the massive changes done at the beginning of the year, keeping its 180 seats, is the covered terrace in front of the restaurant. The 2 saloons of the restaurant can form a single dining place, or they can be separated, according to the demands. The capacity can reach 120 seats, due to the rearrangement of the tables. And this isn't everything: an intimate terrace is waiting for you at the end of the second saloon. Under these circumstances, the demands for organizing specific events, such as team-building, symposiums, weddings, contests, are continually rising. We consider that the magnificent natural environment in which the Bicaz Naval Complex is situated, supported by the kindness and the potential of our staff, represent irresistible arguments for anyone who desires to escape from the stress and monotony of the daily routine. 
Chalets (wood houses) Having a recent history, the first 10 chalets, with 4 beds each, were built and placed near the winding road leading to the lake, having as a pit stop the Pescarus (Sea-gull) Restaurant. 
Offering a reasonable comfort, insulation, heating during the autumn and winter, refrigerator, TV, the chalets are ideal for the adepts of mountains, as well as for families, couples or any group consisting of maximum 4 members (the capacity of each hut). The wide terrace is perfect for resting, chatting, receiving guests, or just contemplating the marvelous view. The hard ground, as well as the placement of the chalets, have imposed the separate construction of the showers and toilets.
